I cannot login anymore!

Please ensure that you are visiting itself to login (using the secure link from there if required). The old standalone 'webmail' login (src/login.php) will no longer work.

Also, you might wish to try using your full email address if using just the username portion isn't working.

If the problem persists, please contact support, stating the URL you are trying to login on, along with the username you're entering in so that we may investigate further. You'll find the contact form in the top right of any page of the website, alternatively email

My renewal email contains broken links, help!

The new system has a new payment area, built into the main login section of the website. As a result, all the old links will take you to a page saying it couldn't be found but inviting you to simply login to see your account instead. As mentioned in the previous news post, migrations to the new account management interface is expected to take 1-2 weeks. This is due to the sheer number of accounts that need to be migrated - we cannot speed the process up anymore.

Don't worry however, payment deadlines are suspended during this time - we can't expect you to renew paid accounts without the ability to do so! You'll receive a new email with updated links once your account has been migrated to the new system, simply disregard any old emails you have received up until now and wait for the new email to arrive.
