Hello! With years of substantial teaching and management experience, I am a senior academic leader in Hong Kong’s self-financing higher education sector, currently serving as Head of Student Development (equivalent to Dean of Students) and Assistant Professor at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE)—Asia’s only higher education institution exclusively dedicated to Early Childhood Education. Reporting to the Vice President (Academic) and serving on the College Management Committee, I contribute to institutional governance, strategic planning, and operational management. I lead the design and delivery of student development services and co-curricular initiatives that support holistic student growth, including career readiness, mental health and wellness, financial aid, and leadership training. Additionally, I support programme development, accreditation, and quality assurance processes related to student affairs, ensuring compliance with Education Bureau policies and the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (Levels 4–6) through curriculum mapping and strategic documentation.
