This receipt shows that Watkins sold The Old Straight Track through his Watkins Meter Company. The initials at the bottom are those of W.H. McKaig, who was manager of the company and also drew the diagrams for the book.
Alfred Pope was probably one of the first to buy a copy, since the receipt is dated early in the month of publication (November 1925).
