Open the Add Hardware Wizard (from the Control Panel)
Click Next
Select "I have already installed hardware"
Click Next
Select "Add a new hardware device"
Click Next
Select "Install the hardware that I manually select"
Click Next
Seelct Ports (COM & LPT)
Click Next
Click "Have Disk"
Browse to where your VCOM files are
Click Open
Click OK
Click Next
Click Next
Click "Continue anyway"
Clck Finish.
When you have finished, your device should appear in "Device Manager"
