    ...I should add that, having worked in a very large commercial organisation for many years, and moved countries three times, I am something of a veteran of email systems, and yours is the only one I have ever come across that seems to be designed from the user end, rather than the computer designer end. Things are genuinely easy to find in the system, the explanations are written in normal language that makes sense, and there are kind and friendly human beings like yourself ready to help if needed. It makes a huge difference.
